This year our policy is reflective of what the schools are doing.

Masks will be required in class for kids in Grade 1 and up. They are recommended for kindergarten aged kids. All adults are required to wear masks. This policy is to protect those who cannot be vaccinated due to age or health.

I will not, at this time, require vaccination. Because my studio is located in my home, it is highly recommended, to protect my family.

We attempted using barriers last year, but I found this limited my abilities as a teacher and prevented me from using some of my teaching tools. In order to be the best teacher I can be, we will not be using them this year, except for the woodwinds.

If you or your child are ill, or you do not pass the screening tool that will be provided, please attend the lesson virtually and let me know as soon as possible.
